FAQs

Packerland Portables

  • How many units do I need to rent?

For weekend events, we suggest one unit for every 50 attendees. On construction sites, we recommend one unit for every 8-10 workers per 40-hour work week.
  • How far in advance do I need to call?

The required notice varies by season. For holiday weekends, please contact us about three weeks ahead. For all other times, approximately two weeks' notice is sufficient.
  • Where should the units be placed to ensure proper servicing?

To ensure proper servicing, units must be positioned within 10-15 feet of a hard surface accessible to our trucks.
  • Do you tack on fees on top of the rental fee?

We don't currently charge extra for delivery, fuel, environmental factors, pick-up, or sanitizer. An additional fee may only apply for deliveries requested with less than two weeks' notice.
  • Is toilet paper included in the rental of the unit?

Yes, toilet paper is provided with all our rental units.
  • When will you deliver and pick-up?

For weekend rentals, we typically deliver a day or two before and collect a day or two after, depending on our schedule in your area. You'll only be billed for the specific day(s) of use.
  • When is payment due?

Payment is required upon delivery. You may provide credit card information by phone or leave cash or a check for our delivery technician.
  • Am I in your service area?

We cover all of Waushara and Winnebago counties, as well as parts of Waupaca, Portage, Adams, Marquette, Green Lake, Calumet, and Outagamie counties. Our office staff will verify if we service your specific location.
  • What types of units do you offer?

Information about our unit types can be found in the 'Portable Unit Options' section of our website. For pricing and availability, please contact our office directly.
  • Do you service all year-round? What do I do in winter for my toilet rental?

We provide year-round service for our portable units. During winter, please ensure the units remain accessible by clearing snow and other obstacles. We offer a salt-brine solution to prevent freezing in cold weather.
